One Day Partner CF Competition with advanced and scaled division. MM and FF. Prizes for top teams.
No refund, as this is an inexpensive donation for hosting a quick and fun competition. Get ready for aggressive HEAT TIMES, so you can begin your Halloween plans.
Park in Homeland's south parking lot across the street from CF SDG. Bring your own chairs to set up on the turf and grass by the road. Bring your own drinks or purchase from on-site vendors. We have coffee and espresso for sell that supports the gym.
Standards all divisions (Rx, M/F, Scaled M/F): Max Oly Lifts, Assault Bike, Row, Run, WB 20/14/14/10, DL 225/155, 185/115, Thruster/Snatches 95/65, 75/55, Box Overs 30/24/24/20, KB/DB Snatches 53/35/35/25, HSPU RX, Chest to deck push-up Scaled, Pull up RX.

**TEAMS BREAK UP REPS AS DESIRED, BUT MUST RUN TOGETHER AND CAN'T START UNTIL BOTH COMPLETE THE RUN. Break up reps as desired. Can squat clean into first thruster. Can power clean first Thruster/Cluster, but must complete a front squat into a Thruster (no split jerks allowed or a re-bend, just a push press). Any form of snatch is allowed once pulled from the ground, but bar can't touch your head or it's a NO-REP! Athletes must achieve full depth in the front squat as the hip crease is below the knee.

Clean, Hang Clean, Front Squat, and Two Jerks
**Must show control in movement standards and cleared by Judge before going to the next lift. Athlete can miss a lift and re-attempt, but if it touches the ground, Athlete Must Start over. Last lift can start at 5:59.**
