About This Competition

First event in SoCal where you have to be big to play with the big boys! Male only individual event. All male competitors must weigh in the day of the event at 225lbs! It's time we give our big boys their own comp!

There will be RX and Scaled Divisions.

WOD 1: Panda Power 
Clean Complex: 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + S2OH
Athletes will get 3 attempts for this. Score is heaviest completed complex. Cleans can be power or squat.

WOD 2: DeadRow
7 EMOM AMRAP: Each minute athletes will cash in with 10 Calories on the Rower. Remaining time will be used to complete as many reps on Deadlift 275/225. Score is total reps completed for all 7 minutes. Deadlifts will be conventional, no sumo. 

WOD 3: Panda Lungs
3 Rounds for Time (11 min cap)
10 T2B/20 Knee Ups 
20 S2OH 115/95
10 Box Jump Overs 24"
20 Hang Snatches 115/95
Complete three rounds as fast as you can! Score is time complete for three rounds or total reps completed. First round will be used as tiebreaker.

No refunds but we can exchange registration up to the day of the event. Parking is a bit tight. We will post on IG where to park. No pets allowed. We will have spots available for you to set up a 10'x10' canopy.
