¿Qué es Southfit? A través de pruebas y ejercicios derivados de la gimnasia olímpica, el levantamiento olímpico, y el entrenamiento funcional de 3000 de 5000 participantes del Qualifier de SF clasificarán los 500 mejores atletas para buscar, en las finales, ser el mejor de América compitiendo en un escenario natural excepcional, en el evento de mayor importancia de Latinoamérica.
