Welcome to the 2nd Annual Halloween Throw Down!
Hosted by Highland Rim CrossFit, we are excited to invite you to a day filled with fun, fitness, and festive Halloween spirit.
Come join us for an unforgettable event featuring spooky workouts, great company, and plenty of Halloween themed fun. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to CrossFit, there's something for everyone!
In the spirit of Halloween, we encourage everyone to dress up in their favorite costumes. There will be a prize for the best-dressed team, so get creative and show off your spooky, funny, & fantastic outfits.
Bring your friends, family, and fellow fitness enthusiasts for a day of community, camaraderie, and celebration. Let's make this Halloween Throwdown an Event to remember!

Partners switch after full rounds.
The clean and jerks will be with two dumbbells.
The box step ups with be with two dumbbells.

Score is total reps at 8 minutes.
Each athlete must do half of each set of reps (dubs and cleans) until the max rep squat clean portion. This can be split anyway. Only one athlete can work at a time.

Athlete 1 will do the first round of 15 & 12. These reps cannot be split.
Round of 9 can be split any way between the two athletes as long as each athlete does at least one sntach and one bar muscle up/pull-up.
Athlete 2 will do the last round of 12 & 15. These reps cannot be split.
The non-working athlete can assist the working athlete in weight changes on their bar.

Damper can be set on whatever the athlete desires. Tie break time will be the time at the end of the 40 KB Swings.
*PLEASE do not let go of the handles of the ski when completed with your reps. Hang them back up. We do not want to break the machines :)
