45 clean and jerk (athletes may share the load/reps)
Each Person completes 12/15 cal AD + 12/15 cal row each round
30 clean and jerk (athletes may share the load/reps)

*One athlete will start on bike, one will start on rower then swap once both athletes have hit target calorie count!

*Athletes can not start clean and jerks until both have hit target calories

*More specific standards will be announced on the day!
