About This Competition

DELTA FORCE 3-Person Team Functional Fitness/ CF Competition

When: Saturday, November 6th. 8AM-3PM

Where: CrossFit Pandemic 1950 Fifth Street Norco Ca 92860

Delta Force is a 3-person, same gender (MMM or FFF), functional fitness team competition for athletes of all skill levels.

If you are new to CF, this is a great first comp. Our FUN division loads are do-able for those who have been ting for less than 6 months.  If you are a veteran ter, our ADV and INT divisions will challenge you while still having FUN at the same time!  Don't miss your chance to compete in this Epic team event!  Grab 2 friends and build your power team. Register early, this event will sell out fast.

PRICING FEE SCHEDULE: (+processing fee)*

NOW - SEPT 30: $80 per person ($240/team)

OCT 1 - OCT 15: $85 per person ($255/team)*

OCT 16-OCT 31: $90 per person ($270/team)*

NOV 1 until sold out: $95 per person ($285/team)*

6 DIVISIONS:  Teams consist of 3 people - same gender (3 men or 3 women): Men's Advanced/Rx, Women's Advanced/Rx, Men's Intermediate, Women's Intermediate, and Women's FUN, FRIENDLY. Prizes awarded to Top finishers in each division, except FUN.

TO REGISTER:

One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members' names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.

Entry fee covers: Team entry fee for 3 persons, (3) Event T-shirts, (1) Team Name Plate, 5+ scored workouts, and lots of FUN with the fitness community. 

 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO FUTURE EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Athlete substitution accepted up until event day, by having your new athlete sign your team waiver prior to start of event.

*One Partner works, One partner hangs from the pull up bar, one partner rests for both event 1 & 2.
**Score is your time on the ski erg for event 1 and event 2 is the ski erg time plus the time it takes to complete event 2.

9 Minutes to establish a 3 rep max (From the Ground)

Athlete A (E3): 3 Rep Max Shoulder to Overhead

Athlete B (E4): 3 Rep Max Clean

Athlete C (E5): 3 Rep Max HANG CLEAN

*Score is heaviest successful lift
*Clean/HANG CLEAN can be power or squat
*Athletes can go in any order. One athlete must be designated to each lift though.

**For the hang clean, the bar starts at the top of a deadlift and then BARBELL may not go below the knees or touch the ground until all 3 reps have been completed successfully.

TEST 2 - Events 3/4/5
