About This Competition
CrossFit Revamped is hosting its 11th Vekter Games competition on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024! This event is a one-day team competition open to rxd, scaled and masters athletes. Teams will be comprised of mixed pairs (male/female).

All teams are guaranteed 3 workouts. The top 5 teams in all divisions will complete a final event where anything goes in terms of skill, load and complexity of movements.
The standards are examples of working weights and minimum movement standards for each division. The top five teams in each division will earn a spot in the final workout and should expect to see some more advanced skill movements.
PRIZES: The top three teams in each division will receive prizes from our event sponsors. Additionally, the top three teams in the RXd division will earn a cash prize.
1st Place - $1,000
2nd Place - $500
3rd Place - $250
All athletes will receive a shirt and swag bag upon check-in. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate t-shirt size changes after the t-shirt deadline has passed on October 23rd.
EVENT SHIRT: All athletes will receive an event shirt as long as they register before the order deadline, October 23rd, and have selected a size on their registration ticket.
PARKING: Athletes and spectators will be directed by our parking attendants to park in the lot in front of Revamped. Parking volunteers will be on-site to direct you. Athletes are encouraged to bring tents and chairs to set up near their vehicles.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Teams can choose to substitute athletes up until the competition begins on November 23rd.

Workouts
Event 1:
“VEKTER CHIPPER”
For time:

30 Synchro Burpees Over Bar
15 Power Snatches
10 Rope Climbs

Time Cap: 13 minutes
Barbell:
Rx: 155/105

Scaled: 115/80
The workout will start with both athletes standing under the pull up bar. At the call of go, both athletes will jump to the pull up bar and one will begin on T2B while the other hangs. Athletes may switch as often as they choose. They will then head to the barbells for 30 synchronized lateral burpees over the bar. Once completed, they will perform 15 POWER snatches, splitting the reps however they choose. They will then complete 10 combined rope climbs. After the rope climbs, athletes will head back to the bar and perform 15 SQUAT snatches this time around. They will finish the workout with the same style burpees and T2B. Their time ends when the final T2B is completed.

The workout will begin with both athletes standing with their backs to their barbell. At the call of go, one athlete will begin working towards completing 15 Clusters. Athletes may switch at any time, but only one person may be working at a time. Once the set of 15 is complete, athletes will change their weight and begin completing 12 Clusters. Athletes may begin changing their weights for the next bar while their partner completes the final reps of the previous weight. Once the set of 12 Clusters are finished, athletes will change weights and begin working towards 9 Clusters. The time cap for Part A is 4 minutes. At the 4 minute mark, athletes will have from 4:00-8:00 to build up to a 1RM Cluster. Only one athlete may lift at a time. Part A and Part B are both 50pt events. No cluster jerks permitted.

Score 2 (100pts): Time to complete entire workout
Athletes will begin with one athlete sitting on the rower while the other stands with their back to the barbell. At the call of go, teammates will begin working on their respective parts of the workout. Athletes may switch from the rower to the workout and workout to the rower at anytime. Once the 110 Calories are complete, both athletes will work together on the main workout. At this moment, they may split the reps however they choose, except the Wall Ball Shots will now become Synchronized. The workout ends after 11 (Rx) 8(M) Bar MU’s/22 Pull-ups (S) are complete after the round of 44. Teams will receive a score for total time on the rower (50pts), and a score for their time in the workout (100pts).

The workout ends after 11 (Rx) 8(M) Bar MU’s/22 Pull-ups (S) are complete after the round of 44. Teams will receive a score for total time on the rower (50pts), and a score for their time in the workout (100pts).
