OxFit Hero Week 2026
About This Competition
HERO WEEK IS HERE
Face the Challenge. Honor the Sacrifice.
Every year during Memorial Day week, we come together for HERO WEEK — a week dedicated to honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country through the completion of HERO workouts.
This week is also about recognizing the everyday heroes among us — the teachers, nurses, first responders, parents, coaches, and community leaders who continue to show up for others day after day.
The workouts will be a little tougher than our normal week, but the goal isn’t perfection — it’s commitment, community, and pushing yourself in a meaningful way alongside the people around you.
When you sign up, you’re committing to showing up for the full week and being part of something bigger than yourself.
All proceeds from HERO WEEK will be donated to The Georgia Wildfires and The Warrior Alliance.
Your registration includes an official 2026 HERO WEEK shirt.
Every hero’s story begins with a challenge — and yours starts here.
This week is about more than fitness. It’s about building resilience, supporting each other, and discovering how strong you can become when you stay consistent and keep showing up.
The week won’t be easy — but it will be worth it.
