The CrossFit Wheelhouse WINTER JAM is back with a vengeance. Join us on January 11, 2025. Same sex partners can register for Rx or Scaled divisions to compete for guaranteed spots at the 2025 Dewey Beach Championship. Winter Jam will also include an individual teens division (13-17yo).

3, 2, 1 go athlete one will start the 14 alternating dumbbell snatches athlete 2 can tag in at any time. Once the 14 snatches are completed BOTH athletes will advance to the first sandbag together (again cleans may be split up any way you’d like). The process continues until you reach the final “heavy” dumbbell. Use the remaining time to complete as many snatches on the last dumbbell as possible. Your score is total reps completed.

3,2,1 go athlete one will start rowing athlete 2 can tag in at any time. Once rower calories are completed BOTH athletes will advance to the wall behind the rig to begin HSPU (wall walks for scaled athletes). Once HSPU are completed both athletes will advance to the rig to begin their first gymnastics movement. Athletes will continue to progress through the movements together until reaching the final gymnastics movement where they will complete as many reps as possible. Your score is total reps completed.
