CrossFit Cerebellum Same Sex Pairs
About This Competition
We are excited to be hosting our very first external competition here at CrossFit Cerebellum 🧠💙
The competition will be an intermediate same sex pairs event; with 9 male and 9 female spots available. £65 a pair, prizes for all podium finishers.
On the day there will be four events (one event has multiple parts) and a final.
Movement standards:
In your pairs you must be at the level of at least:
- All common barbell movements: 25/40kg
- Double unders
- Toes to bar
- All common cardio equipment/running
- Other standard CrossFit movements
- Final only (one person minimum): rope climbs
There will be no:
- Handstands (any variety)
- Pistols
- Pull ups
- Muscle ups
- Non-traditional movements
Refunds/team members: No refunds will be avaliable, changing of team members prior to the event is allowed.
Registration open from: 17/06/2022 17:00- 31/07/2022 23:59.
