Teams of 2 (same sex pairs; MM or FF)
RX & Scaled divisions (capping each division at 10 teams)
3 workouts and 1 Floater
Monterey's Fittest will run rain or shine. There will be no refunds for this event. Substitutions can be made for team members until the start of the event.

Details:
Teams may break up reps however they choose. Teams are required to reset rower before each row. Teams also must load bar to the correct weight before Clean and Jerk attempts or the reps are not counted. Tie break is team's time they completed their last row.

Details:
Handstand walks are broken up in 25' sections (5' increments). A minimum of 25' must be done by each partner.
The synchro standards are as follows:
Deadlift - Hips must be fully extended with shoulders behind hips at the top at the same time
Toes to Bar - All 4 feet must make contact with the bar at the same time
Box facing burpee box jump overs - Both partners chests and quads must be on the ground at the same time

Time Cap: 5 mins
20 Yoke Sandbag Get Overs (150/100)(45")
16 Synchro Shuttle Runs (25' out and back;50' total)
Max Cals Echo Bike
Details:
Partners break up yoke sandbag get overs as desired.
Shuttle runs are synchro. Both partners must be across each line before the team can change direction.

5 Squat Snatches (95/65)
Time Cap: 15 mins
Details:
Partner 1 completes wallballs, then double unders, then squat snatches after partner 1 finishes the the last snatch partner 2 may start their round. Partners work until 8 total rounds(4 each) are completed.
