Crossfitter or not! You are welcome to jump on in as long as you can complete the movement standard safely and you feel confident in doing so.
WHAT IS THE STRANGER TEAMS THROWDOWN?
It's a Halloween Fitness Celebration. RX - Intermediate and Scaled CO-ED Teams of 2! Find your freakiest most fit friend you can, Get your costume and Put your strangest team together and come compete with Southern Utah's Fittest.
DIVISIONS
- CO-ED RX - Handstand walks - HSPU - Ring or Bar Muscle ups, Heavy barbell, Doubles, Cleans, Jerks, Back Squats
- CO-ED INTER - M/F Team. Moderate Barbell Weight, C2B Pull Ups (At Least One Partner) - Double Unders (At least one partner) Snatches, Cleans, Jerks, Wall Balls,
- CO-ED SCALED - Jumping Pull ups, light barbell, Wall Balls, Box Steps, KB Swings.

Wall ball weight at 20/14 to a 10'/9' target
Barbell Weight is 115/75
Wall balls may be broken up however but each athlete must do equal sets of 25 each.

Partner Deadlifts are done at the same time, on the same bar. May adjust height of shorter athlete with plates. Must be fully extended on hips and knees and arms locked.
Jumping Pull Ups 5 Min Each Round
Box Jumps are alternating reps between the partners. 10 Each Must Alternate
VECNA IS A 7 MIN AMRAP OF
15 Syncrhonized Burpees
20 Partner Deadlifts (Both Partners) 270lbs
15 C2B (any partner)
20 Alt Box Jumps 24/20 (10 Each Must Alternate)
Workout Details and Specifications:
Burpees are synchronized, both athletes chest touches the floor at the same time.
Partner Deadlifts are done at the same time, on the same bar. May adjust height of shorter athlete with plates. Must be fully extended on hips and knees and arms locked.
C2B - Any partner can do theses, no limit on amounts.
Box Jumps are alternating reps between the partners.
VECNA IS A 7 MIN AMRAP OF
15 Syncrhonized Burpees
20 Partner Deadlifts (Both Partners) 360lbs
15 BMU (One Partner has to do at least 5)
20 Alt Box Jumps 30/24 (10 Each Must Alternate)
Workout Details and Specifications:
Burpees are synchronized, both athletes chest touches the floor at the same time.
Partner Deadlifts are done at the same time, on the same bar. May adjust height of shorter athlete with plates. Must be fully extended on hips and knees and arms locked.
Bar Muscle Ups - One partner must do at a minimum 5 each round.
Box Jumps are alternating reps between the partners.
