About This Competition

Lytle Farm welcomes your back for our 11th DCF Survival Games, our final chapter...for now.

There will be no refunds once your team is registered.

If you sign up and are in a position to change one or more of your teammates, that is ok. But the shirt size orginally ordered in the registration will not change.

Team names submitted upon registration are FINAL. There will be no exceptions.

VIP parking will be available again this year. (limited spots available)

Camping is NOT PERMITTED on the Lytle Farm but there are several campgrounds in the area.

ANIMALS are NOT PERMITTED on the Lytle Farm. If you show up with an animal, you will be asked to leave.

Tents may be set up in the athlete area to be utilized in between workouts, etc. Plan and pack accordingly for outdoor compeition. Sunscreen, bug spray, extra clothes, etc.

2025 standards

💪 Wanting to try the next division up?! This is your year/competition to test it out and see how you fare against the next division. Excited to see you all!

💪 We will have an obstacle course with varying difficulty for all divisions. YOU will do what YOU can for this workout!

💪 Lifting workout will be how far YOU get for the weights. Think that’s a hint enough for the type of workout

💪 Swimming is back for ALL categories. Anyone can wear a life jacket with no penalty (just provide your own). We will have noodles available for any athlete.


RX

Clean and jerk 165/95 for reps

Snatch and OH squat 115/75

One partner pull-ups, T2B, DU, wall walks (open standard)

Move a Dball 150/100

Rope climb for all members

DB bench 50/30

 

Masters (35+) and intermediate

Clean and jerk 135/85 for reps

snatch 95/65

One partner pull-ups, T2B, DU, wall walks (open standard)

Rope climbs (at least 1 member)

DB bench 40/25

One partner-rope climb

 


Scaled

1 partner toes to rings

Clean and jerk 95/65 for reps

snatch 75/55

Russian kettlebell swings 70lbs for guys 45lbs for ladies

DB bench 35/20

Hand release pushups

Wall walks (open standards)

💪 We want to encourage more masters teams to go masters, so the intermediate division is the same standards as masters. If you are a masters team that is unsure please reach out!

💪 Every division is using the 3 person worm in some capacity like years past. Practice practice practice! The worm weighs 240lbs. Can’t wait for you guys to be on the field competing together!
