Niagara's premier Fitness competition. 
Teams of 2, same-sex pairs.
3 divisions; Rx, Intermediate and Scaled.
5 scored events (includes 1 seeding WOD).
$250.00 entry fee per team.

*Seeding WOD will be released Monday, December 2nd 8:00pm

x3 rounds for total repetitions.

SCALED 75/55lbs - 24/20 inch box (burpee box step over is permitted) 

Score is the total combined reps between you and your partner. Athletes will each complete their own emom. Athletes do not have to be in the same location to complete this workout. 

 

Part C: 10:00–16:00


Establish a Heavy Complex:

3 Deadlifts
2 Hang Cleans
1 Jerk


Details:

Athletes will have 6 minutes to establish a heavy complex.
Athletes may attempt the complex as many times as needed, adjusting the weight up or down between attempts.
To count, the barbell must leave the ground before the 16:00 mark.
Cleans can be performed as power cleans or squat cleans.
The jerk may be executed as a push jerk or split jerk.
Only one athlete may work at a time.
Athletes must declare their weight to the judge before attempting a lift.


Score C: Combined total weight successfully lifted by both athletes.

 

10:00 AMRAP - Max Calories

One athlete ski's maximum calories while the other chips away on Workout A.
Partners can switch roles at any time.

Once Workout A is completed, both athletes can continue skiing until the 10:00 mark.


Score: Total calories accumulated.

0:00 - 10:00 

60 toes to bar - leg raise - knee tucks 

100 double unders - double or single x2 - single 

50 db snatch 70/50 - 50/35 - 35/20 

100 double unders - double or single x2 - single 

40 s.hspu - raised kip or strict - hand release push up 

*P1 Chips away while P2 SKI for max calories. 

Score A is total time to complete workout (Mcdermott Farms workout 2) 

Score B is total calories in 10:00 (LGND Beverage workout 3)

10:00-16:00 

Work up to a heavy complex 3 deadlift +2 hang cleans + 1 jerk 

Score C is combined weight lifted. (Hercs Welland workout 4)
