About This Competition
This competition is an accessible competition for emergency services and military personnel. Both parties in the team must be part of these organisations.
The event will consist of at least 3 workouts across the day and options are available to allow all persons to compete. There will be a same sex pairs category with accessible standards therefore options to scale the movements. There will be a scaled mixed pairs category which is aimed at first time competitors or those with little experience.
There will be no refunds but we will always look to fill the spaces and get you your money back if we can.

Every time you break there will be a penalty of 4 sync down/ ups (these aren't scored)
In 12 minutes You Go/I Go:

For every break in the wall balls there will be a penalty of 4 sync down/ups
Athletes will have 7 minutes to both establish a 1RM Thruster Jerk from the floor.
In a 6minute window to complete before moving onto WOD 3b

30 sync DB Snatches (22.5/15)
In a 6minute window complete the following before moving onto 3b:

In the remaining time following WOD 3a generate as many points as possible:
1m HS Walk - 4pts (must complete 2metres every try minimum)
HSPUs - 1pt
DB Push Press 22.5/15kg - 4reps = 1pt
