About This Competition

Lift like a Strongman/woman, move like a Crossfitter.  

The Newesr competition to test your limits and have you wanting more.  Be ready for Stones, Log, Gymnastics, Cardio and so much more. This is Functional Fitness at its best!

Coming 28th and 29th of Jan 2023

Divisions: Beginner, Intermediate, Masters (40+) and RX

Beginners and RX will compete on the Saurday and Intermediate and Masters will follow on the Sunday.

Registeration is from the 27/7/2022

*Tickets are $90 per person and this includes an Athlete Top. All registration and fee are non-transferrable or refundable.

This competition has a limited amount of spots and will be run in small heats to allow for safety with odd object equipment.

Workouts will be released early Jan 2023.

INT: 100/70lb Bag - Pull up/Pull up/C2B

MAS: 100/70lb Bag - Pull up/C2B/ Muscle up

RX: 150/100lb Bag

 

HULK: 3 Min Cap

20/15 Cals on the Airbike

Then AMRAP in Remaining Time

5 Push Ups

5 Farmers Deadlifts

1 MIN REST

SPIDERMAN: 3 Min Cap

20/15 Cals on Rower

Then AMRAP

3 Burpees over the Rower

3 Wall Walks

 

Beginners: 40/25kg Per Hand (18/12 cals) (Push ups on Knees) (Plank to toe touches back to plank for wall walk)

Intermediate: 50/35kg Per Hand

Masters: 60/45kg Per Hand

RX: 70/55kg Per Hand

 

 

SandBag Ladder

70lbs, 100lbs, 150lbs, 200lbs, 250lbs, *300lbs

You will have 2 minutes to lift as many Sandbags as possible in the fastest time.

Movement is from the ground to the top of your shoulder. You must show full lock out of knees and hips and release your opposite hand while in control.

You will be given a down call before you can release the bag and move to the next one.

All Categories will have the same ladder of weights, except the 300lbs which is for the males (if anyone is up for it)

HULK: 3 Min Cap

20/15 Cals on the Airbike
