About This Competition
Join us on Saturday, December 30th for our first VA CrossFit Total.
What this will consist of:
1RM Back squat
1RM Shoulder Press
1RM Deadlift
Your score is the sum of your 3 lifts combined.
You will get a 90 minute block, it will be broken into 30 minutes per type of lift, once you start, you will keep going for the 90 minutes. You cannot stop or start.
3x 30mins
Divided as (see below):
10mins – General warm up
10 mins – Specific warm up
10 mins – 3x lift attempts (cannot decrease in weight across the 3 attempts)
