About This Competition

The Deadboys and Team Soul are back at it again with everyones favorite summertime competiton, THE SUMMER SOUL OPEN!

5 grueling weeks of events that will push YOU to the limit. You will also get the chance to compete against your favorite athletes from around the world. Our events (programmed by Danny Soul & Team Soul) will be released every Thursday starting August 8th.

If you are not familar with functional fitness, NO Problem. The Summer Soul Open has a "FUN" Divison that you can do anywhere and with minimal equipment. We will be giving away some amazing prizes to our top scores each week in both divisions.

As always the Summer Soul will be raising money for a chairity. This year the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research will be the recipient. We have joined TEAM FOX where all the proceeds will go directly to them. So no refunds...its all going to chairty.

We cant wait to see the videos and pics so please make sure to use the #SummerSoulOpen.

Workout 4 is a for-time event that begins with a running clock. At the sound of the 3-2-1 go, athletes will complete 4 rounds of 12 burpee box jump overs, 25 wallball shots and 5 clean and jerks. Scoring for this workout will be total time once the athlete has completed 4 rounds.
