About This Competition
DER ERSTE THROWDOWN IN NÜRNBERG!

Unser Ziel ist es vor allem, CrossFit in unserer Region größer zu machen. Wir möchten Athleten (lokal und regional) eine Möglichkeit geben, Wettkampferfahrung zu sammeln, sowie einen unvergesslichen Tag zu haben!
Der Wettkampf findet an einem Tag statt und für alle Level wird es mehrere Events über den Tag verteilt geben.
Es wird in Zweierteams in den folgenden Divisionen angetreten:
- RX M,M
- RX M,F
- SC M,F
Es gibt keine Quali – wer zuerst kommt, first come, first serve!

Our main goal is to evolve the Sport of CrossFit in our Region and give Athletes (Local and Regional) the opportunity to gain Competition experience and provide lots of fun + an awesome day!
This is a one day competition with multiple Events on one Day for all levels!
You compete in Teams of two in the following Divisions:
- RX M,M
- RX M,F
- SC M,F
There is no qualifying period - first come, first serve!
