DER ERSTE THROWDOWN IN NÜRNBERG!

REGISTRIERUNG 1. AUGUST (9AM) - 27. AUGUST (6PM)

Unser Ziel ist es vor allem, CrossFit in unserer Region größer zu machen. Wir möchten Athleten (lokal und regional) eine Möglichkeit geben, Wettkampferfahrung zu sammeln, sowie einen unvergesslichen Tag zu haben!

Der Wettkampf findet an einem Tag statt und für alle Level wird es mehrere Events über den Tag verteilt geben. 

Es wird in Zweierteams in den folgenden Divisionen angetreten:

- RX M,M

- RX M,F

- SC M,F

Es gibt keine Quali – wer zuerst kommt, first come, first serve!

REGISTRATION AUGUST 1st (9AM) - AUGUST 27th  (6PM)

Our main goal is to evolve the Sport of CrossFit in our Region and give Athletes (Local and Regional) the opportunity to gain Competition experience and provide lots of fun + an awesome day! 

This is a one day competition with multiple Events on one Day for all levels! 

You compete in Teams of two in the following Divisions: 

- RX M,M

- RX M,F

- SC M,F 

There is no qualifying period - first come, first serve!

            Wall Ball 9 kg

 

RX MF: Bench Press 60/40kg (the bar is loaded with 40kg - the male athlete has to                        

            put an additional 10kg plate on each side)

            Wall Ball 9/6kg 

 

 SC MF: Bench Press 35 kg (for both ahtletes)

            Wall Ball 6/4kg

Partners have to switch after each 500m. Partner 2 has to finish their 20 Reps of BBJO/BJO within this time.

NO CHANGE of weight during the minute. Multiple attempts of the same weight during the minute is allowed (if you fail).
