Cost- $50 per person

*includes competition t-shirt

 

Workouts will be released by Thursday the week of the competition

Divisions include- RX Men, RX Women, Intermediate Men, Intermediate Women and Scaled Women

 

We will have an athlete/judge briefing Friday evening before the event.

RX - Box Jump Over (24/20), Toes to Bar

Intermediate - Box Jump Over (20/16), Hanging High Toes

Scaled - Box Step Over (20/16), Hanging High Knees

 

After the 1:00 break, one athlete starts on the BJO and the other starts on the TTB. Once both athletes complete 15 reps they will switch and perform 15 reps of the other movement. This will continue until both athletes complete the 9 and 9, and cross the finish line.
