About This Competition
Friendly Mix pairs competition for RX and scaled athletes held at Crossfit Stonehouse.
There will be 3 workouts to test your fitness.
Price- £70 for a team of 2
No qualifiers just sign up!
Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
RX Movement Standards:
- Muscle Ups / C2B / Pull Ups
- TTB
- Double Unders
- HSPU / Handstand Walking
- Box Jumps
- Barbell: 42.5-60kg / 30-42.5kg
- Dumbell: 22.5kg / 15kg
- Kettlebell: 24kg / 16kg.
Scaled Movement Standards:
- Jumping: Muscle Ups / C2B / Pull Ups
- Knees to chest
- Single Unders
- Box Step Ups
- Barbell: 30-42.5kg / 15-20kg
- Dumbell: 15kg / 10kg
- Kettlebell: 16kg / 12kg.
