About This Competition

Registrations Open 7pm 12th August 2024

A battle to find the Fittest 3 Female and The Fittest 3 Male Teams right here on the Sunshine Coast. Register your team now!

The event attracts athletes from far and wide to compete for the title of The Fittest Team. What started as an idea to bring the CrossFit community on the Sunshine Coast together through friendly competition, has fast become one of the most popular CrossFit events in Queensland attracting some of the best in the sport.

Over the last eight years the event has grown significantly. We continue to do our best to be at the forefront of challenging our athletes, developing unique workouts and upholding our standard of professionalism and integrity to provide a fantastic experience.
