Hey masters athletes looking to test your fitness on an individual level? Look no further The Atlanta Masters Classic has you covered!
We are very excited to have you join us for an in person throwdown in Atlanta June 26, 2021.
Registration Opens April 2nd, 2021.
We can't wait to throw down with you!
There will be four divisions male and female fitness and RX age divisions are:
35-39
40-44
45-49
50+ (Legends)
Please note athletes will only receive access to the event and Yoga Warm Up for the competition registration. If you want to have access to the other events please purchase items from the Merchandise section of the page. Please tell your friend they can purchase a spectator package as well so they do not feel left out. We want everyone to have a great time with us.
RX Athletes 35-54 should be able to clean and jerk, front squat, shoulder to over head 135/95 deadlift 225/155 thruster 95/65 dumbell ground to over head 50/35 perform double unders, toes to bar, box jumps, burpees, rowing.
Fitness Athletes 35-54 should be able to clean and jerk, front squat, shoulder to over head 95/65 deadlift 155/105 thruster 65/45 dumbell ground to over head 35/20 perform single unders, hanging leg lifts, box step ups, burpees, and rowing
Legends Athletes 50 and up should be able to clean and jerk, front squat, shoulder to over head 75/55 deadlift 105/85 thruster 55/35 dumbell ground to over head 25/15 perform single unders,hanging leg lifts, box step ups, burpees and rowing.
