Welcome to The 615 Throwdown - Winter Edition

This will be a two-day event – DecEmber 11 & 12 - all divisions competing both days!

**EVENT WILL BE HELD AT THE BRAND NEW 40,000SF ARENA AT THE NASHVILLE FAIRGROUNDS - 625 SMITH AVE. NASHVILLE, TN**

For the 7th year, CrossFit Nolensville is hosting The 615 Throwdown to give competitors a chance to battle it out in teams of 4 (mmff) or as an individual. If you've been to one of our events, whether as an athlete or a spectator you know its nothing short of AMAZING! We can promise you a near flawless, on time competition with fun workouts!

Movements & Standards: All workouts will be released by game day

RX Divisions: This division will be designed for Athletes who can perform all 2021 Open & Quarter Final movements as prescribed & at a hight level. All past Regional (#RIP) movements will be considered. (Bar Muscle Ups, Strict Hand Stand Push Ups, Single Leg Squats, Hand Stand Walks, Etc.)

Intermediate, Scaled Individual, Team: Athletes in this division are expected to perform all BARBELL movements and able to perform all 2021 CrossFit Open - Scaled division movements (Including gymnastics).

***Pull Ups will be included in the programming. (Not required by all team members)

Masters & Teens: This will be "Rx Only" however, we will allowed scaled movements but those who scale will be automatically scored under someone who completes the workout as prescribed. Athletes in this division are expected to complete all movements from their age group in the 2021 CrossFit Open.

***Pull Ups will be included in the programming.

Top 3 teams in each division will make the podium and will be awarded various prizes from our sponsors.

**One person working at a time in a relay style. Athletes can work in any order. An athlete must complete the full 9-7-5 cycle (42 total reps) before tagging in the next athlete. If all 4 team members complete in the 13:00 window then athlete 1 will repeat the couplet and so on...

Part 2: Working on 2 Echo Bikes at the same time accumulate as many calories as possible in the 13:00 window.

**Part 1 & 2 will be working on the same clock. On 3..2..1.. Go athlete 1 will start their 9-7-5 Couplet while the 3 non working athletes will share the two bikes as needed to accumulate as many calories as possible. Once athlete 1 completes their 9-7-5 couplet He/She will return to the start line to tag in athlete 2 to start their couplet. Athlete 1 may now share the bike as needed with the other resting athletes.
