About This Competition
Get ready to throw down at Battle At The Rock, and see who the fittest teams are in the Rockwall area! Teams of 2 (MM FF) will battle eachother over 4 WOD's- WOD's 1 & 2 taking place at CrossFit Rockwall and WOD's 3 & 4 taking place right down the road at CrossFit Swashbuckle.
When: July 27th

Teams: Teams of 2 same sex MM or FF
Divisions: Rx, Intermidiate, Novice
Cost: $100/Team
Workouts: 4 WOD's (WOD 1 & 2 @ CrossFit Rockwall WOD 3 & 4 @ CrossFit Swashbuckle)

- Partners will split work on the ski erg however they see fit until prescribed distance is completed, and then working one at a time will accumulate as many wall ball reps as possible in the remaining time until clock hits 10:00.
