Workouts
Pair 1 complete shuttle sprint into 4 tractor tyre flips followed by obstacle assault
Pair 2 complete shuttle sprint into 4 tractor tyre flips followed by obstacle assault
All athletes will run Obstacle Assault with 30 + 40kg Sand Ball

300 Air Squats
Team Man Down Lap
Athletes will establish heaviest lift. Each athletes heavyset successful lift will combine to provide a team total
Athletes will complete for time
Cal Bike

(Each athlete will complete one of the calorie sections)
On completion in remainder time they will complete 30 worm ground to over head
If completed before time cap will be given time score.
Any reps left in play will be added to time cap as seconds.
