12/12 Teams qualifizieren sich für das Final Event

6+ Workouts (indoor und outdoor)

Registrierung: 15.03.-17.05.24

Qualifier Zeitraum: 22.04.-17.05.24 

Qualifier Gebühr: 15€ (+CC fee)

Final Event: 85€ (+CC fee)

Ein T-Shirt für jeden Athleten und ein Team-Schild sind bei der Teilnahme an den Finals inklusive.

Anforderungen RX:

Du machst die Workouts in deiner Box oder bei den Open vorrangig ohne Skalierung? Dann ist das die richtige Division für dich! 

  • 1RM Clean & Jerk: 80kg/55kg
  • 1RM Snatch: 60kg/40kg
  • Dumbbell Movements: 22,5kg/15kg
  • Kettlebell Movements: 24kg/16kg
  • Gymnastics:
    • Double Under (mind. 1 Athlet)
    • Toes To Bar
    • Chest To Bar Pull Ups
    • Handstand Push Ups
    • Bar Muscle Ups (mind. 1 Athlet)
  • Seepferdchen

Workouts

3 Min On / 1 Min Off: 

  • 3 Bar Muscle Ups
  • 6 Kettlebell Snatches (24kg/16kg)
  • 9 Handstand Push Ups
  • 12 Deadlifts (80kg/60kg)
  • max. synchro Wall Balls (9kg/6kg)


The Workout ends after accumultating 100 Wall Balls or after 5 Rounds.

Share the reps as you like. One partner works, the other rests.

For Time:

  • 20 synchro Box Jumps (60 cm/50 cm)
  • 20 synchro Clean and Jerks (50kg/35kg)
  • 20 synchro Toes to Bar
  • 15 synchro Box Jump Over (60 cm/50 cm)
  • 15 synchro Cluster (50kg/35kg)
  • 15 synchro Chest to Bar
  • 10 synchro Burpee Box Jump Over (60 cm/50 cm)
  • 10 synchro Snatches (50kg/35kg)
  • 10 Pullover*

* split the pullover as you like, but every athlete has to do at least one.

Time Cap: 10 Minutes

Workout 2b begins immediately upon completing Workout 2a

Immediately following Workout 2a, athletes will have 5 minutes to find their heaviest attempt of:

1 Bear Complex

  • 1 Power Clean
  • 1 Front Squat
  • 1 Push Press
  • 1 Back Squat
  • 1 Push Press

Time Cap: 5 Minutes

15 Minutes AMRAP

1-2-3-4-5-... reps of: 

  • Double Dumbbell Burpee Box Step Over (2x22,5kg, 60cm Box/2x15kg, 50cm Box)
  • *10 unbroken Double Under
  • Bench Press (70kg/45kg)

Dieses Workout muss nicht gemeinsam absolviert werden! Es reichen zwei Videos und ein gemeinsamer Score, in dem die Wiederholungen addiert werden.
