About This Competition

HCMC's largest functional fitness competition is back for a third year. This year the format has changed to individual Male and Female (RX/SCALED).
Registration is run on a first come, first served basis so register early to avoid disappointment.

Pick your division…
- RX: Any typical CF movements such as high-skill gymnastics (Bar / Ring Muscle ups, Toes to bar, Chest to bar, Pull-ups, Handstand push-ups and Handstand Walk), KB/DB movements, heavy carries, and all lifts. Recommended minimum lifts are 90/60 kg Clean, 65/45 kg Snatch and 150/100 kg. Deadlift. You will not necessarily have to lift these weights, but should be able to if required.
- SCALED: Should be comfortable with all typical CF movements such as gymnastics movements (Chest to bar / Pull-ups / hanging knee raises, Hand stand push-ups), KB/DB movements, wall balls, box jumps, etc. Recommended minimum lifts are 60/35 kg Clean, 45/25 kg Snatch and 100/60 kg Deadlift. You will not necessarily have to lift these weights, but should be able to if required.
Extra information:
- Prizes will be announced closer to the date.
- Accommodation is NOT included but there are many hotels within the local area. Hotel recommendations will be given if when asked.
- Check- In - All athletes must check in at Crossfit Q7, hosted by Saigon Sports Club on Saturday 14th March 2020 from 7:00am to 7:30am.

- How to get there - In HCMC you can use GRAB or we would recommend using Vinasun or Mai linh taxis. There is plenty of parking for motorbikes and cars at the venue.
- Refunds - Please be aware that if you cannot participate in the weekend’s events, we cannot offer a refund for any reason. If you contact us we may be able to transfer your spot to another athlete.
We need lots of Event Staff too! So if you are keen to help out on the day, please make yourself known by signing up.

Each athlete will have 20 seconds to complete the lift, then it will move to the next athlete who will have 20 seconds for their lift.
Each Athlete will have two lifting windows to reach their heaviest weight.
