*Athlete 1 starts with 21 cals, then athlete 2 performs 21 cals, then athlete 1 performs 21 wall balls, athlete 2 performs 21 wall balls, etc...

30 Med Ball Sit Ups

100 Double Unders 

Rx - 20/14, Sc - 14/10, 10 lb Youth, half WW, 150 Singles

*One partner working at a time

In 6 min, establish 

5 RM Front Squat

*Weight CANNOT be decreased once attempted

Buy-in : 20/15 Cal Bike each partner

Then, 

Partner A - 15 Deadlifts (Rx - 225/155, Scaled - 155/105, 105 Youth) 

Partner B - 12 TTB (Sc - Knee to Chest) 

Partner A - 9 Clean and Jerks (Rx - 135/95, Scaled - 115/85, 65 Youth) 

Partner B - 15 Deadlifts 

Partner A - 12 Pull Ups (Sc - Ring Rows) 

Partner B - 9 Thrusters 

Partner A - 15 Deadlifts 

Partner B - 12 C2B Pull Ups (Sc - Chin) 

Partner A - 9 Snatches 

Partner B - 15 Deadlifts 

Partner A - 12 BMU (Sc - C2B) 

Partner B - 9 OHS
