About This Competition

A Three-Person Team Competition
August 15, 2026
CFB presents TRIAD 2026, our annual three-person team competition designed to test strength, conditioning, skill, and teamwork.
This year we’re planning something bigger.
Our goal is to host TRIAD 2026 outdoors at either the local middle school or high school football field to create an elevated competition atmosphere with more space, better spectator viewing, and an even more exciting event experience.
We will keep all registered teams updated as soon as the final location is confirmed.
As always, if an outdoor venue is not secured, TRIAD will be hosted at CrossFit Believe — just like previous years — and will still deliver the same high-energy competition experience.
