About This Competition

The LD Quarantine Beatdown is a FREE Online functional Fitness Competition.

It will run over 3 weeks with one workout a week giving you 7 days to complete the workout.

Zero equipment needed each workout is designed so everyone and anyone can take part.

Leave it all out on the floor.

ALL OUT SPRINT

For time:

5-10-15-20-25-30

diamond Sit-ups

Alt Lunges (reps are total)

workout 1

20 Minute AMRAP (as many rounds/reps as possible)

2.4.6.8.10.12.14....... Increasing by 2 each round

Air Squats

Push ups

Diamond Sit ups

 

Scaling

Air squat -> squat to a low target

push ups -> push ups on knees

SCORE = is total number of reps completed

workout 2

6 rounds of 3 minutes work, 1 minute rest between

3 Burpees

6 Mountain Climbers

9 jumping squats

* score is total number of rounds or reps.

** conti where you left off from pervious round.

For Example:

if you finished 2 rounds + 3 jumping squats the next 3 minute window you will finish the jumping squats before starting a new round.
