Frostbite
For time:
2000m Row
Athletes must alternate every 100m.
*In the event of a monitor malfunction before 500m, we will restart the entire heat.
Hot Toddy
On a 12:00 clock, for total meters:
Rowers must alternate every 2:00.
On the 2:00, athletes will perform 4 Synchro rower-facing burpees.
At the 12:00 mark, the handle goes down and the score will include your rolling meters.
*Burpee standard = both athletes' chests must be on the floor at the same time, and must be rower-facing. Athletes may step or jump over the rower.
