About This Competition

The 9th Annual "Beast Before the Feast" Thanksgiving Throwdown is back!

Grab your workout partner and get ready to throwdown and represent for your Box!!  

All Division will receive Cash Prices for 1st, 2nd place finishes

These workouts are designed to test a wide variety of strengths & skills ensuring for a fun, yet challenging day!
