Event Flow 

-Total time for Part A&B is 12 minutes 

- Athletes must complete Part A to move onto Part B at 8:00 mark

-First 2 rounds will be completed at station 1 

-Second 2 rounds completed at station 2 

-Caribbean Fusion (B) will be completed at station 3 

-Athletes must load their own weights

1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk  

Time cap - 4 minutes

 

-Athletes must load their own weight 

-Athletes must announce their weight attempt to judge before lifting

20 Box jump-overs (24/20)

15 Sandbag squats (100/75 lbs)

100ft sandbag carry

10 Pull-ups

20 Toes-to-Rings

10 Pull-ups

100ft Sandbag Carry

15 Sandbag squats

Time cap: 15 mins

-Squats and carries; sandbag must be in a bearhug position in front of athlete

-Toes-to-Rings; both feet must touch or pass through the rings at the same time

25FT Handstand Walk

Flow

- Athletes have 50 seconds at each bar, 10 secs transitions to next barbell

- Multiple attempts are allowed at the same weight, however the athlete must complete the lift within the 50 secs window otherwise it will be considered a no-lift

The Complex:

1 Clean 

1 Hang Squat Clean 

1 Shoulder to Overhead

 

- Every 3 minutes x3

-Athletes have three 50 seconds window to attempt complex, to establish max load

-Athletes have a maximum of 2 attempts in each 50 seconds window

-Athletes may choose to decrease weights if unsuccessful.

-First clean from floor may be power or squat

-Hang squat clean, the athlete must have hip crease below knees in full squat

-STOH can be strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk

-Athletes must load their own weight and announce to judge the total weight being attempted for the complex

-Score will be highest recorded successful attempt of complex

10 Deadlifts (225 lbs)

9 Ring Muscle-ups

 

40 Double-unders

8 Deadlifts (275 lbs)

6 Ring Muscle-ups

 

30 Double-unders
