The registration window is open for you from July 14th to August 13th - according to the motto first come first serve.
Requirements:
Weightlifting
- Dumbbell Movements 22.5 Kg/ 15 Kg
- Kettlebell Movements 24 Kg/ 16 Kg
- Snatch 43 Kg/ 30 Kg
- Clean 61 Kg/ 43 Kg
- Deadlift 92 Kg/ 61 Kg
Gymnastic - at least one of the team members should be able to perform:
- C2B / Pull Ups
- T2B
- Wall Walks
- Double Under
Don't be afraid and if you don't feel confident anywhere, see it as a challenge!

Das gesamte Workout muss syncron ausgeführt werden.
Synkronität SU: Beide Athleten müssen in ihren Sprüngen komplett syncron sein.
Synkronität Thruster: Die Ahtleten müssen Syncron im Squat und in der gestreckten Position sein.
Synkronität Pull Ups: Beide Athleten müssen gleichzeitig ihr Kinn über der Stange haben.
Wall Walks: Dürfen gesplittet werden
2*4'Min for Max Weight
Athlet A 4'Min for 1 RM Snatch
2´Min Rest
Athlet B 4'Min for 1 RM Clean & Jerk
Die jeweiligen Lift sind erst gültig, wenn der Athlet in der vollen Streckung Kontrolle über das Gewicht zeigt.
Dabei stehen die Füße in der Endposition parallel. Knie, Hüfte und Arme sind komplett gestreckt.
Der Lift zählt auch noch, wenn er 1"Sek vor Ende angehoben wird.
