About This Competition
CrossFit Belleville is excited to turn up the heat again this summer with our 10th Annual Summer Throwdown!

Cost: $160+HST per team
Format: Pairs (Teams of Two, Co-Ed, 1 Male & 1 Female)
Divisions: Rx and Scaled
Number of Events: 4
The following is a list of skills/weights to be used as a guide to help you decide which Division to choose. Note that there is no guarantee that these weights and movements will be programmed. All members of the team have the ability to complete the following movements/weights in a workout setting. Note these are not 1 Rep Max numbers, but skills/weights associated with the athlete repeating them in a workout.
Deadlift
- Rx: 225/155
- Scaled: 185/135
Power Clean
- Rx: 155/105
- Scaled: 115/85
Snatch
- Rx: 135/95
- Scaled: 95/55
Front Squat
- Rx: 155/105
- Scaled: 115/65
Thrusters and Overhead Squats
- Rx: 115/75
- Scaled: 75/55
Dumbell
- Rx: 50/35
- Scaled: 35/20
Gymnastics:
- Rx: Box Jumps 20/24, Double Unders, Rope Climbs, Chest-to-Bar, Bar/Ring Muscle-Ups, Toes-to-Bar, Kipping/Strict Handstand Push-Ups
- Scaled: Single Unders, Jumping Pull Ups, Hand-Release Push-Ups

• Partner B (Simultaneously): Handstand Walk for Max Reps
Partner A is the time keeper. When the row is done, partners must change.
Each partner will complete 4 rounds of row and 4 rounds of handstand walking (or attempt).
Score A: Time at Rowing Completion
Score B: Combined Max Reps for Handstand Walk (1 Rep = 1 Meter)
Time Cap: 10 Minutes

4 Rounds Each (8 Total Rounds)
• Partner A: 250m Row
• Partner B (Simultaneously): Max Single Dumbbell Devils Press (M#35/F#20)
Partner A is the time keeper. When the row is done, partners must change.
Each partner will complete 4 rounds of row and 4 rounds of Devils Press.
Score A: Time at Rowing Completion
Score B: Combined Max Single Dumbbell Devils Press
