Iron October Outdoors
About This Competition
Iron October is back! This year to avoid any hassles with governing bodies we will be throwing down outside! All workouts will be performed at Iron Mile Fitness' Backlot!
Guy + girl pairs will throw down in Rx and scaled events. Gymnastics will be present but there is no outdoor rig. Be prepared for odd objects and weightlifting movements.
3 workouts! A pair of gloves may come in handy but are not required!
