About This Competition

Battle of Baltimore has 2 Divisions! 

RX - Athletes in RX should be able to complete multiple reps at the weights below in a workout 

Clean and Jerk 155/105
Front Squat 135/95
Snatch 135/95

If you can do most of the girl workouts as perscribed you should do RX 

You should also be comfortable with these skills in a workout Chest to Bar, Double Unders, Toes to Bar, Pistols 

Masters (35+) Division has been shut down this year (2023).  There was not enough interest leading up to the event.  The other divisions were filling up and we had to make a decision.  Sorry for any inconvience.

If the standards above are too challenging sign up for scaled! We will work to make this division fun and approachable. 

Clean and Jerk 95/65

Snatch 95/65

Each team must have one M or F in their team of three.

The first place team in the RX divisions will win $750!! 

There will be 3 Team WOD’s and 3 Floaters (short individual). The three team WOD’s and two of the floater WOD’s will be announced a week before the competition.

The last floater WOD will not be announced until WOD#1 and WOD #2 are complete, the day of the competition.

Floater WOD Rules- All floater WOD’s will be single person events. Only 1 teammate can compete in each floater WOD. Example: Team WOD Ripper has three athletes A, B and C. If A does floater WOD #1 and C does floater WOD#2 then B must do floater WOD #3.

Floater WOD #1 must be complete during WOD#1

Floater WOD #2 must be completed during WOD #2

Floater WOD #3 must be completed during WOD #3

Each team will have a designated spot inside the gym.

Each athlete completes a segment then tags out.  There are six segments.  Each athlete needs to complete one of the 15s and one of the 30s.  It does not matter if you switch which athlete does which movement segment as long as each athlete completes a 15 and a 30.
