About This Competition

Reignited Games is back in action on November 9th, 2024 at CrossFit Reignited! This year two person teams will compete to see who is the fittest in eastern NC! 

Rx - Female/Female; Male/Male; Co-Ed

Intermediate - Female/Female; Male/Male; Co-Ed

Scaled - Female/Female; Male/Male; Co-Ed

*Rx teams will have one event on Friday, November 8th starting at 5pm.

*All divisions will compete on Saturday, November 9th starting at 8am.

Partner 2 - 10 deadlifts (225/155) + 10 box jump overs 

*Time cap 6 min 

*Partners must switch after each round.

*Athletes will complete the DB snatch ladder individually. 

*Team score will be the sum of both partners time. Fastest time wins.

*Time cap 2 min per athlete. 

*The floater can be completed at anytime between 9am - 3pm.

Golden Hour (Rx)

For time:

50 lateral burpees over kettlebell

100 air squats

100 kettlebell swings (53/35#)

100 alternating lunges

50 lateral burpees over kettlebell

 

*Partner 1 works on reps.

*Partner 2 shuttle runs 25' out and back.

*Partners can switch at anytime. 

*Each shuttle run is worth 1s off your final time. 

1 shuttle run = 25' down AND back = -1s

4 Rounds for max reps (Rx)

In a 2 minute window:

20 synchro toes-to-bar

10 synchro bar facing burpees

Max rep clean & jerk (155/105#)

Rest 1 min between rounds

 

4 Rounds for max reps (Int)

In a 2 minute window:

15 synchro toes-to-bar

10 synchro bar facing burpees

Max rep clean & jerk (135/95#)
