About This Competition

These are the private, test WODs to prepare for the April 2022 Festivus Games Individual and 3-Person Teams event.

The purpose of performing these WODs, free and by invite only, is to ensure proper design and format so that the thousands of athletes in April will have a great experience.

-       28 Single-arm DB Thrusters

11-Minute Time Cap
-       2000-meter row
-       80 Single-arm DB Thruster
-       320 DU / 480 SU

A rower AND one other teammate can be working at the same time. Team swaps and shares the row and couplet work any way they want.

Whatever skip modality chosen (DU or SU) the entire team must stick with that modality.

7-Minute Time Cap

5 rounds of
-       9 BB deadlifts
-       6 BB hang cleans
-       3 BB S2OH

Every minute on the minute perform 12 sit-ups including the start of the WOD at 00:00.

Barbell Variations:
MI: 135lb
FI: 95lb
MN: 95lb
FN: 65lb
MM: 85lb
FM: 55lb

An abmat is allowed but not required. 

Score: Time to complete
Add 1 second for every incomplete rep at the time cap.

12-Minute Time Cap

10 rounds of
-       9 BB synchro deadlifts
-       6 BB synchro hang cleans
-       3 BB synchro S2OH

Every minute on the minute all teammates perform 12 synchro sit-ups including the start of the WOD at 00:00.
