Workout #1 - Bar Things n Harmony
Time Cap: 8 Minutes
Masters:
Workout #2 - A Tribe Called Depth
5RM Front Squat from the Floor
Time Cap: 9 Minutes
Athletes will have 9 Minutes to complete a maximum of 3 attempts at a 5RM Front squat from the floor. You MAY begin with a squat clean as the first front squat rep.
Workout #3 - Notorious 2223
2 / 2 / 2 / 3 Minute Rounds - 1 min rest between rounds

In remaining time…
Rounds of Grettel @ 115/75 until 9 rounds completed or time cap is reached
Grettel:
Athletes begin with a 2:00 interval. In that time you will begin with your assigned number of Cals on the rower, then directly into as many rounds as possible of Grettel in the remaining time UNTIL 9 rounds is completed or the cap is reached. At the end of the 2:00 interval there will be a 1 minute rest, followed by 2 more rounds of 2:00 and finally a 3:00 round. If you complete the 9 rounds before the end of an interval you do NOT need to complete the next interval.
