You are about to embark on a mission that will test your physical and mental capabilities like never before. In order to grow we must overcome. That is what the 24AMRAP Challenge offers: a transformative challenge for you, your team and your community. You will do this together with teams from all over the world in a unique global real-time team challenge. The 24-hour AMRAP Winter Challenge 2023 will be the 14th edition of our event. Hundreds of teams and thousands of athletes and supporters worldwide will battle each other in a 24 hour race in real-time. 6-man teams. 24 hours in your box. In a carrousel style fashion: 1 athlete works and 5 rest.

This is our original winter edition. Enjoy the event with your team and affiliate community and perform this challenge both in and outside of your box. Just make sure you remain in one location, for example your box and adjoining parking lot. For the exact rules for this event visit our website at 24houramrap.com

EHOH

Every hour on the hour, 3 new movements are published in your dashboard. You need to complete 500 reps per hour with your team to stay in the race. After 24 hours the team with the most amount of total points/reps will win the competition. The winner takes it all: a huge trophy and eternal glory. For all event info and rules check out our website.

SCORING

Scoring is done online after each hour in your team dashboard here on the Strongest competition platform. Detailed instructions will be provided in time. All you need is a wifi or 3G/4G connection and all will be well. You need internet to see the new movements etc. Everything happens in your team dashboard.

SALES

Please note that all sales are final (no refunds) and are sold as team tickets. That means you register with a team name, you can switch athletes up to 24 hours before the competition. Your team must have at least two female athletes. All team captains MUST send in a complete list of all athletes 24 hours before the competition starts with clearly stating which athletes are male or female. Not having sent in a list of athletes may result in disqualification. Send the list of athletes to 24amrap@mail.com

REGISTERING YOUR TEAM

Register using your team name, that will also be visible in the dashboard. Questions? Drop us an email or hit us op on social. After you register your team you will receive a confirmation email. In that email you will see a link to your profile page where you will have access to your team and registration info. If for some unforseen reason your entire team cannot compete, contact us and we will see if we can move your team ticket towards the next event.

We look forward to working with you and yours. God's speed.

Together, you, us and many teams and athletes from around the world will be connected by effort, sweat, laughter and our shared passion for CrossFit, community and hard work.

This is our traditional warm-up hour, has been unchanged since our first event almost 10 years ago. Reminder: this is a 24 hour event so pacing is essential. Have fun!

  1. Air squat

  2. Sit-up

  3. Push-up

Every rep of every movement equals 1 point. Have fun! Remember: pacing is key! Fallback movment is the burpee so 1 burpee is 1 point throughout the entire event.

Crossfit total!

Hour 12 is here! We´re on a roll!

Make sure you are selecting the right hour when submitting your score of that hour.

Using the movements of the CrossFit Total WOD, move as many kilograms of weight: 1 kg moved equals 1 point so 10 reps @ 25 kg equals a score of 250 points/reps. DON´T FORGET TO CONVERT LBS TO KG TO CALCULATE YOUR POINTS/SCORE! DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR SCORE!!!

  1. Back Squat for total weight - move as many kilograms of weight using the back squat, 1 kg moved equals 1 point so 10 reps @ 25 kg equals a score of 250 points/reps. DON´T FORGET TO CONVERT LBS TO KG TO CALCULATE YOUR POINTS/SCORE! DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR SCORE!!!

  2. Deadlift for total weight - move as many kilograms of weight using the regular deadlift, 1 kg moved equals 1 point so 10 reps @ 25 kg equals a score of 250 points/reps. DON´T FORGET TO CONVERT LBS TO KG TO CALCULATE YOUR POINTS/SCORE! DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR SCORE!!!

  3. Strict Shoulder Press for total weight - move as many kilograms of weight using the shoulder press, 1 kg moved equals 1 point so 10 reps @ 25 kg equals a score of 250 points/reps. DON´T FORGET TO CONVERT LBS TO KG TO CALCULATE YOUR POINTS/SCORE! DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR SCORE!!!

Total score for this hour = total kg's moved by the team and remember tot convert to kilograms before submitting if you normally use lbs!

So for example: the team did 300 reps in total with 50kg and 200 reps with 100kg makes a total score of 300x50 = 15000 + 200x100 = 20000 makes a total of 35000 points

If a team moved a total of 1150000 lbs, FIRST convert to kg's before you submit your score!

  2. Hang power clean (30kg/50kg) - 1 rep = 3 points [video]

  3. Push jerk (30kg/50kg) - 1 rep = 5 points [video] -> in order for reps to count you have to receive the bar lower than your standing position so you have to get under the bar in order for the rep to count so no push presses or strict presses will be counted as valid RX reps.
