The 2nd Annual Halloween Havoc Partner Competition What: Partner (M/M or F/F) Competition When: October 29th 2016 Where: Muskegon CrossFit Cost: $120 Per Team Event Details: 3 Workouts + Side WOD 10 Mens Teams and 10 Womens Teams (4 Heats of 5) Team Goodie bag including Shirts Challenging Workouts requiring RX abilities (If scaling is necessary the team is not elligible for podium placement) Registration and Scoring via Conquest Events will be available in the next few days. *New This Year: Improved and larger athlete hangout area Improved Warm-Up Area

Athletes may split the workout up as they wish - One partner working at a time
Athletes are required to build the bar and ensure the use of collars
T2B+Pullup - May be separated as you wish or performed unbroken (Grid Style) Link Included
Athletes may use different bars for gymnastics movements but only one partner is working at a time
Performed EMOM Style
ODD: Max Snatch Reps (weight ascending each station)
EVEN: Max Pumpkin Front Squats

As the athletes progress through the ladder the weight of the barbell increases as well as the pumpkin size/weight.
Mens Weights: 55/85/115/145/175
Womens Weights: 45/60/75/90/105
Scoring:
1 point for every pound lifted throughout the EMOM (EX: 14 Snatches with the 45lb bar = 630pts)
3 points for every Pumpkin Front Squat completed
Highest point total wins the workout
*There will be 5 seconds of rest between each minute to ensure smooth transitions and make the judge's job easier.
*Athletes may not touch the barbell or pumpkin until the clock sounds each round.
*Athletes must complete one rep of the snatch during the minute in order to move on to the next minutes pumpkin front squats.

Athlete begins at starting line and completes the following tasks before tagging his/her partner to complete the same tasks in reverse order
6/4ft Wall
100ft D-Ball Carry 100/70lbs
100ft Farmers Walk 110/70lbs (ea. hand)
100ft Prowler Push 90/50lbs (added weight)
Clock stops when second athlete successfully climbs over the wall and crosses the start/finish line.
*To be completed at some point throughout the day by each team
*Weights listed do not include implement and for the farmers carry the weight listed is each hand (Handles = 20lb each) (Prowler = 90lb)
*This WOD is equal in point value to the 3 other standard workouts
