About This Competition
***Cash prizes will be awarded for first place in each division/weight class, 12 total. $100 minimum prize per RX weight class, $50 minimum prize per Scaled weight class.***

- WOD 1, Sunday, APRIL 7, 2019, 1:00 PM TO 6:00 PM
- WOD 2, Sunday, APRIL 14, 2019, 1:00 PM TO 6:00 PM
- WOD 3, Sunday, APRIL 21, 2019 ,1:00 PM TO 6:00 PM
- WOD 4, Sunday, APRIL 28, 2019, 1:00 PM TO 6:00 PM
- WOD 5, Sunday, MAY 5, 2019, 1:00 PM TO 6:00 PM
Texas Strength and Fitness in association with CrossFit Lethal is hosting their first ever Spring Fitness League. Compete for cash prizes in this five week test of fitness!
- 96 total spots available
- 24 RX Male,
- 12 RX Female,
- 24 Scaled Male,
- 36 Scaled Female
***Athletes will be competing in RX Male/Female and Scaled Male/Female divisions/categories, and 3 weight classes per division.
***The league duration is 5 weeks with 1 WOD meet-up a week held at Crossfit Lethal on Saturdays.
***Athletes will be required to weigh-in prior to event 1.

- MUSCLE UP WILL RECEIVE X POINTS PER SUCCESSFUL REP
- CHEST TO BAR WILL RECEIVE X-2 POINTS PER SUCCESSFUL REP
- STRICT PULL WILL RECEIVE X-4 POINTS PER SUCCESS REP
- EXAMPLE: SCALED WOD A
- WOD A HAS CHIN OVER BAR PULL UPS AS A GYMNASTIC MOVEMENT
- KIPPING/BUTTERFLY PULL-UPS WILL RECEIVE X POINTS PER SUCCESSFUL REP
- JUMPING PULL-UP WILL RECEIVE X/2 POINTS PER SUCCESSFUL REP
***WE ARE LOOKING FOR 5 JUDGES FOR THE WEEKLY EVENTS. JUDGES WILL BE BE PAID FOR THEIR TIME. MUST PASS THE CROSSFIT HQ 2019 JUDGES COURSE TO BE CONSIDERED.***
