About This Competition

Online qualifier that includes 4 workouts.  Videos might be requested to verify scores.  Top 30 Rx Male and Females will advance.  Top 10 Masters 40-49 and 50+, Male and Female will advance.  All qualifiers will be given the opportunity to compete in the on site championship event on October 21st, 2017.  There will be 2 workouts a week announced with a total of 3 days to perform and submit score of each workout that week.  You must workout in a WV box or in WV 50% of the time or more!  All workouts must be submitted on time no exceptions!! Video verification can be requested on any workout at any time. The athlete has 24 hours to provide video evidence if requested.
