Workouts

Workout 1, called Tour de CaveFit has a 15 minute time cap to complete as many rounds as possible.


1 Round =

  • 800m Echo Bike (Shared)
  • 5x Burpees (Synchro)
  • 10x Butterfly Sit Up (Synchro)
  • 15x Air Squats (Synchro)


Score will be taken on total rounds you complete.

Workout 2, called CaveComplex is a barbell complex designed to test your strength. You have 15 minutes to build to your max weight and your score will be your combined team weight lifted.


Everyday categories

2x Front Squat + 2x Shoulder to overhead


Elite categories

1x Power Clean + 1x Front Squat + 2x Shoulder to overhead

Workout 2, called CaveComplex is a barbell complex designed to test your strength. You have 15 minutes to build to your max weight and your score will be your combined team weight lifted.


Everyday categories

2x Front Squat + 2x Shoulder to overhead

Elite categories

1x Power Clean + 1x Front Squat + 2x Shoulder to overhead

Workout 3, You've Pulled! is a workout designed by the CaveFit team to show what CaveFit is all about. It will be fast paced start with a Row buy in followed by Dumbbell movements that will require lots of skill and power, and to finish a Max Calorie effort on the Ski Erg.


The workout - 15 Minutes


  • Row Calorie Buy In - 60/80/100 (Check Workout Standards for your cals)


  • 3 Rounds each - YGIG (You Go, I Go)
  • 8x Dual Dumbbell Deadlift
  • 8x Dual Dumbbell Snatch
  • 8x Dual Dumbbell Reverse Lunge (4.4)
  • 8x Box Jump


  • Remaining time Max Calories Ski Erg


Score Max Calories Ski Erg

Workout 4, called "Carry it Home' is our last workout of the day and will challenge your mind and body to see how far you can go. The question is how fast and hard can you go for 15 minutes?


1 Athlete at a time (YGIG) is required to complete the following ;


  • Run 20m,
  • Pick Up a Sandbag (Check workout standards for weight) and move it 40m,
  • Once you have the sandbag down you will then pick up 2x Kettlebells (Check workout standards for weight) and carry them 40m in distance,
  • Once you have placed the KB down you will then run back to the start (20m) for your partner to take over.


Score = the team with the most rounds within the 15 minute window
