About This Competition
North Rim Crossfit Spring Fling Gauntlet Competition
Four Events. Fourty-three Minutes.
The Spring Fling is a 43 minute series of four, 7 minute events with a five minute transtition period between events. The clock will not wait for you and will not stop. Events will either be a seven (7) minute AMRAP, seven (7) minute time cap, or Max Weight . If a timed event is not completed within the allotted time, every repetition not completed will equal one (1) additional second towards the scored time.
Gauntlet Hazards
Possible movements/tasks the teams may encounter in the Gauntlet ionclude all traditional movments found in Crossfit plus other potential obstacles such as a sled pull, awkward objects, and pretty much anything can be thrown at your team. Best to make sure you are ready!

Event Details
This event is a mini HYROX event. Partners will complete a 400 run together. Partners will then each complete a 100m SandBag Carry simultaneously. In the remaining time, partners will complete max partner wall balls. One partner tosses the ball, the other partner catches the ball and then tosses it. Score will be maximum wall balls completed.

Event Details
This event is an AMRAP event. Partner 1 will complete Part A then Partner 2 will complete part A. Increase C & J weight according to scale provided. Partner 1 will complete part B then Partner 2 will complete part B. Repeat! Weight ust increase for every C & J round. Score will be the combined aximum weight between bith partners. In the event of a tie, the tie breaker will be the time for the last completed Bike Cals or Pull Ups.

Repeat. Add 2 reps to each movement every round.

Event Details
This event is an I go you go AMRAP. Partner 1 will complete 2 calories on the rower, 2 right arm Db squat snatch, 2 let arm Db squat snatch, and 2 toes to bar. Partner 2 will then complete all of the movements. Repeat. Add 2 reps to each movement every round. Score will be max rounds and reps.

Event Details
Partner 1 will complere the series of ovents and then partner 2 will complete the series of movements. Score will be the 2nd partner's time completed within the alotted time. In the case of a tie, the tie breaker will be the time in which the 2nd partner completes the burpees.
