About This Competition

The final stage for the 2021 NorCal Classic is broken into 3 satellite events.  

Scaled age group competitors will compete May 8-9 at Iron Mile Fitness in Natomas, CA. 

Age Group competitors will compete May 15-16 at Anywherefit in Folsom, CA.

Elite and RX competitors will complete May 22-23 at Human Improvement Project in Stockton, CA. 

No refunds unless event is cancelled.

Check in for all events will be open the Friday night before from 5pm til 8pm and Saturday morning day of from 6 am until 7 am.

Athlete briefing is Friday night at 6 pm and will be live streamed on IG.

Every minute on the minute, complete 1 snatch at increasing weights until failure. 45 seconds will be allotted for lifting and 15 seconds for transitioning to the next barbell.

Lift until you fail your snatch then lift until you fail your clean. Must complete a lift at every weight or you are done. Athlete makes decision on when to move to Clean. Yes, you can Snatch fail then Clean in the same minute.

Medball throw to target.

Workout must be complete between 10 am - 12pm.

Each athlete gets 1 attempt, goal is to get medicine ball closest to the target.  Each athlete's distance from the target will be measured and combined for the team total.
