TGP Crossfit 4th Annual Gauntlet Games
About This Competition
CASH PRIZES for 1st Place Teams in each division, gift bag prizes for 2nd and 3rd place
2 Divisions: Scaled and RX (will go in this order) Same sex and Co-Ed Partner Teams of 2
Gauntlet Style will consist of 4 workouts each 7 minutes in length with a 3-minute rest and transition to the next workout.
Workouts will be posted 7/26/2024
Deadline to Register will be 7/30/2024 by noon (NO REFUNDS)
Heat times posted 8/1/2024 by 1pm
Starting time 9am until about 3pm.

G2O and Lunge are to be done together equaling 1 rep.
Example - 1 clean to overhead then while holding bar complete the lunge = 1 rep
BUY OUT - to be completed before the end of the 7 min time cap and with a 1 rep penalty for every 5 reps RX or 10 reps scaled not completed.
Score is total numbers of reps completed.
1 partner working at a time, split the work however you choose.
