With a 20 minute time cap you and your partner need to build up to a 1RM. One of you chooses to find your 1RM in the Deadlift and the other chooses to find their 1RM in the clean complex.

- Front Squat
You are not obligated to do a squat clean or hang squat clean. Power cleans and hang power cleans are also allowed.
If an athlete picks up the barbell and starts at minute 19:50 they can still finish their lift, even if the clock stops. Athletes are not allowed to pick up the barbell after min 20:00.
